The International Society of
Biorheology was founded in 1969. At the business meeting
of the International Society
of Hemorheology
held on Aug. 1, 1969, in Heidelberg, Germany, it was agreed
that the name of the Society would be changed to the International
Society of Biorheology because there was need to broaden
the scope and aims of International Society of Hemorheology
to encompass the entire science of biorheology. |
